The third and last session of the III Minervet International Symposium collected the testimony of Hansen Biological Co, Ltd, distributor of Minervet products in China. Specifically, Dr. Zhang Yang, manager of the company, detailed his experience using the Aisen mycotoxin binder.
In his presentation, Dr. Zhang Yang reviewed the current state of the animal industry in China and the impact of mycotoxins on animal production. Next, he presented a trial about the use of Aisen demonstrating the efficacy of the product in preventing the negative effects of these metabolites.
Aisen is a mycotoxin binder developed by Minervet S.A. composed of Polysilicol, a molecule obtained from natural bentonites that, through a specific treatment, is optimized turning it into a unique molecule with a high capacity for binding mycotoxins.
Aisen does not have a pharmacological effect, it is effective at low doses (0.5-1 kg/Tn), it has a wide spectrum of capture of several mycotoxins and it makes a selective adsorption binding only mycotoxins, without capturing vitamins and minerals.
Animal feed registration system in Argentina
Next, the Minervet International Symposium counted with the participation of Dr. Roberto Minetti from SENASA Argentina, presenting the conference ‘Methodology of animal feed registration in the Argentine Republic’. In said conference, Dr. Minetti detailed the registration process for this sector in Argentina and the procedures and resources available at the disposal of the producers for this purpose.
Finally, Mr. Carlos Fernandez, president of Minervet, closed the event, which on this occasion was held online on July 20, 2022 and was attended by several clients from Latin America.
