Minervet S.A. expands commercial ties in Peru

Minervet S.A. launches in the Peruvian market its line of mycotoxin binders, with the products Aisen and Aisen Plus, and the feed efficiency improver, Miner G. These products are part of the catalog of mineral additives marketed by the company located in Mendoza (Argentina).

The agricultural sector, especially poultry and swine farming, in the Peruvian market has had exponential growth in recent years. In August 2019, it increased by 6.4% over the previous year, according to information from the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics. Among livestock products, chicken production increased by 4.3%, fresh milk by 2.8%, and eggs by 2.3%. The pork sector experienced the most significant increase, as it opened up markets in China, a country that was hit by heavy losses due to African swine fever.
