In May, Minervet S.A. organized a conference about pronutrients at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires.
The conference tackled the concept of pronutrients, a new technology used in the products of Minervet. Pronutrients are biomolecules of natural origin that allow the reduction of the use of chemical additives in animal nutrition. A fact that helps to improve the animal’s physiology, maintain food safety and production parameters.
The conference was attended by personnel from the National Service of Health and Agro-Food Quality (SENASA). Specifically, the event was attended by Dr. Roberto Minetti, coordinator of food registries; and Andrea Passini, Special Adviser for Additives.
In addition to SENASA members, the conference was followed by several invited professors and researchers from the University of Buenos Aires.
This conference was very positive for awareness rising of the concept of Pronutrients in order to advance in the investigation and implementation of additives of natural origin for animal nutrition in Argentina.
