12 de July de 2022Second session of the III Minervet International Symposium
16 de August de 2022On July 20, Minervet S.A. held its III International Symposium. The conference was online and representatives from Colombia, Bolivia and Guatemala attended. On this occasion, the Mendoza Chamber of Commerce, represented by Ms. Valeria Brega, was in charge of welcoming the attendees.
Next, the Minervet commercial technical team began the conferences, starting with the talk entitled “Physiology of egg production” by Dr. Evangelina Zárate.
Physiology of egg formation
During the dissertation, Dr. Zarate mentioned the physiological processes that occur until the formation of the egg, indicating the different phases and critical points that can affect the laying and, consequently, the profitability of the farm.
In this sense, the doctor highlighted the importance of the use of natural additives that promote the intestinal welfare of laying hens. The use of these products allows the maximum diet utilization, thus reducing costs, increasing productivity and egg quality.
In this context, Dr. Germán González presented the MINER E product. It is a product developed by Minervet S.A. composed of Shikimates, molecules of botanical origin that promote the intestinal physiology of animals.
MINER E to increase the absorption of nutrients
Specifically, MINER E optimizes the absorption of nutrients, especially calcium. Its use in laying hens improves the quality of the shell, achieving a lower percentage of broken eggs and eggs in coltsfoot. MINER E administered in broilers has shown an improvement in bone quality, reducing the incidence of fractures.
Moreover, it is a totally natural product that does not leave residues and does not require a withdrawal period.
